Description

Protect motor against these faults
1. Overvoltage (phase fault)
The unit continuously monitors the voltage of the supply and if it goes above the limit set by user it stops the motor and indicates phase fault.

2. Under-voltage (phase fault)
The unit continuously monitors the voltage of the supply and if it goes below the limit set by user it stops the motor and indicates phase fault.

3. Phase imbalance (phase fault)
The unit continuously monitors the voltage of 3 phase supply and if the voltage difference between two-phase goes beyond the limit set by user it stops the motor and indicates phase fault.

4. Phase reverse (in case of 3 phase supply)
After the power-on unit will check against phase sequence if the sequence is not proper it will not start the motor in any case thus preventing the motor from reverse rotation and indicates phase reverse.

5. Overcurrent(overload)
The unit continuously monitors the current and if it goes above the limit set by user it stops the motor and indicates a current fault.

6. Under current (dry run)
The unit continuously monitors the current and if it goes below the limit set by user it stops the motor and indicates a current fault.

7. Technical fault (wire cut)
The unit continuously monitors the current and if current drops to zero it stops the motor and indicates a current fault.
