Description
Easy to use
User can easily control their motor from anywhere with the help of simple web applications.
Easy to install
Users can easily connect it to their starter unit with the help of a simple wiring diagram.
Easy to configure
Users can change every parameter such as (set slot, set limits) from a simple webpage application.
Real-time status of load
Users can see the real-time status of load on the webpage.
Supports timer mode operation
In this mode, the load will start(if there is no phase fault) according to the schedule set by the user and will send a notification to the users.
Protect motor against these faults
1. Overvoltage (phase fault)
The unit continuously monitors the voltage of the supply and if it goes above the limit set by user it stops the motor and gives notification to the user through call or message or both.
2. Under-voltage (phase fault)
The unit continuously monitors the voltage of the supply and if it goes below the limit set by user it stops the motor and sends a notification to the user.
3. Phase imbalance (phase fault)
The unit continuously monitors the voltage of 3 phase supply and if the voltage difference between two-phase goes beyond the limit set by user it stops the motor and sends a notification to the user.
4. Phase reverse (in case of 3 phase supply)
After the power-on unit will check against phase sequence if the sequence is not proper it will not start the motor in any case thus preventing the motor from reverse rotation.
5. Overcurrent(overload)
The unit continuously monitors the current and if it goes above the limit set by user it stops the motor and sends a notification to the user.
6. Under current (dry run)
The unit continuously monitors the current and if it goes below the limit set by user it stops the motor and sends a notification to the user.
7. Technical fault (wire cut)
The unit continuously monitors the current and if current drops to zero it stops the motor and sends a notification to the user.
